Granite Enterprises, Inc. is a highly reputable and professional family owned and operated North Idaho corporation with over 30 years of roofing / construction experience. Granite Roofing is owned and operated by Lance and Tracey Ragan. Keeping with family tradition, their son, Josh, is the company's estimator/project manager, their daughter-in-law, Chelsea, is the company's marketer and office secretary, and their daughter Josie manages payroll. All of whom grew up in North Idaho.

      We maintain licenses in Idaho and Washington. We serve all of North Idaho and Eastern Washington, including areas as far South as Lewiston, as far West as Ritzville and many areas in between.      We are North Idaho's only certified Carlisle Membrane commercial roofer. We are also certified with a variety of other manufacturers in shingles, shake, membrane and metal. Our multitude of certifications allows us to complete repairs on roofs enabling the customer to maintain their current roof warranties.
